Box gone missing?
Rare — but if the courier drops the ball we don't play hide-and-seek with you. Email us the order number and we ship a replacement within 24 hours or refund every cent. Your call.
Address change or mistake?
Message us within 6 hours of ordering and we'll fix it quietly in the background. After dispatch we can sometimes re-route with the courier — it isn't guaranteed, but we'll fight for it.
Customs & import duties
International deliveries can attract local VAT or import duty set by your country's customs — never by us. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility and aren't refundable by PawShed.
