Our products
We sell grooming and care tools for dogs and cats — deshedding brushes, grooming gloves and nail-care boards. Every item is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor colour variation between screens is normal and is not treated as a fault.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund any order that appears fraudulent, is priced in error, or cannot legally be shipped to your destination.
Prices, currency and payment
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The total you see at checkout — product price plus any shipping — is the full amount payable, with no charges added afterwards. Payment is handled by our authorised payment processor over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details. Your bank may apply its own international or conversion fees, which are outside our control.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 5 to 9 business days, tracked door to door. Full rates and regional estimates live on our Shipping Policy. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the same currency you paid, within 3 to 5 business days of your return arriving or your claim being approved. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced free or refunded in full. The complete terms live on our Refund Policy.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Email us within 6 hours of ordering and we will stop the parcel leaving.
Safe use of our products
Our tools are grooming and care accessories, not veterinary devices. Always supervise your pet during grooming, follow the instructions supplied, and stop use if your pet shows discomfort. They are not toys and should be stored out of reach of children and unsupervised pets.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this store, scrape its content, resell our listings, or attempt to breach its security. We may refuse or cancel service where that happens.
Intellectual property
All text, images, product photography and branding on this site belong to PawShed or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights you hold under UK, EU, US and Australian consumer law.
Resolving a problem
If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Email us with your order number before opening a dispute with your bank, and we will work to put it right directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Your rights
Nothing on this page takes away the consumer rights your country gives you. Wherever local law is more generous than our policy, local law wins — that is a promise, not a loophole.
